Frequently Asked Questions

For the convenience of all of our customers, we have compiled some frequently asked questions and answers for customers’ reference, we hope these answers could successfully solve your doubts.

Our opening hours are 9.00 am – 5:00 pm for Monday to Friday, for Saturday our business hours are 9.00 am – 12:00 pm. Sunday & Public Holiday our business hours were closed.

Sun Pool Services currently have one branche in Malaysia which were located in No. 47-2, Jalan Vista Valley 3, Semenyih Vista Valley, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia.

To make an online order, you could use the Shopee App to order our product & accessories online and get the delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to trace online. To track the progress of your shipment, kindly paste the tracking number on the official courier portals listed:

Don't Panic. Here's how the process usually looks:

  1. You can first send us a Whatsapp message to 011-6341 3931 or Email to service@spssunpools.com with your products and the invoice number and the problem you are experiencing. Include any photographs or videos to suport your decription.
  2. We will evaluate your issue and try our best to resolve it. If the issues is complicated and require dianogsis, we will request for you to send your products in for a physical diagnosis.
  3. After we determine the above, kindly provide our Technical team at least 7 working days to diagnose the issue and update you with a solution.

We advise you to pack your products with in a relatively thick box with sufficient padding and bubble wrap. Make sure there are no empty spaces in the box as that might encourage movement and subsequently damaging your products during shipment.
